Description
The VisionR module "Keys" is used to manage access to spaces and inventory. The module can be used to keep track of keys, electronic access cards, locks, spaces and inventory in many different locations. There are standard interfaces to existing databases. Orders for key and lock duplicates are managed within this module. There is a simple process for key issue and return, keeping track of available keys. Hierarchical structure of access levels can be adapted to the customer's needs. There are online forms for key issues and key losses. Keys or access cards can be issued as a set.
