Description
The VisionR module "Orders" is used to manage different kinds of material and work orders. Orders can be attached to workflows, defined in other VisionR modules (e.g. Reservations, Maintenance, Helpdesk etc.). Status tracking via e-mail helps processing an order. Orders are represented hierarchically in an extendable order type structure. Sub-orders can be used to define dependencies in processing an order. Predefined standard orders can be used to fill in required information on creating a new order. VisionR can handle work orders in different locations and in different languages.
